Whiteman Park Museum & Lunch

The cold weather is on us again so it's time to bring out the gloves, scarves, beanies, blankets, thermal underwear (if you have some) and anything else that will keep you warm, because we're going on a run to the Whiteman Park Museum followed by lunch at their cafe. 

The proposed plan is to meet on Sunday 21st June at the Caltex Midvale at 10:00 am, for a 10:15 am departure.   Gavin has mapped out the run (click here) which should take approximately 2 hours or 140 km weather permitting of course. Currently the long term forecast is mostly sunny and 23 degrees so let's hope it stays that way. 

Gavin managed to get us a group discount for entry into the museum of $10 per person (payable at the door) and management will have "reserved" parking for us right in front of the museum.  If you haven't visited the car museum yet, then you're missing one of the best collection of cars in Perth.

Our apologies for the late notice and hopefully the rain will stay away for us, so if you're interested in taking part, please register ASAP.
