Twilight Shed Run & BBQ

A man cave like no other!!! This is an event not to be missed. "The Duke", or Butch as we know him, is a local businessman who runs a trucking business from his premises in Armadale. He is a frequent visitor to the USA to pursue his passion for all things hot rods and Chrysler HEMI engines. The photo above, is just a small look at some of his collection of cars and Butch has been kind enough to give us the opportunity to see it for ourselves. 

His car collection in itself is something, but in addition to his car collection, he has built a saloon bar (pictured right and below) which also is home to some fantastic memorabilia which he has collected over the years during his travels to the USA. Honestly, you'll be blown away by what lays behind the gates of this otherwise, ordinary looking property.

The plan is to meet at The Olde Narrogin Inne Armadale at 4.30pm, for a 4.45pm departure to Butch's property about 5 minutes away. After a brief introduction, Butch will take us on a tour of the premises and talk about his passion for HEMI engines, followed by a BBQ dinner. Although Butch has a fully stocked bar, it is not a licensed venue so he cannot sell alcohol. Consequently, it is BYO event, so basically pack what you would normally take to a BBQ picnic (except chairs) so BYO drinks, meat, salads, plates, cutlery etc etc.

This might be a "once in a lifetime" opportunity, so if you would like to attend, please register ASAP.
