To enable the Cobra Car Club of WA (Inc.) (CCCWA) to process your membership application we need to collect some personal information about you.   In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988), as a Not-For-Profit organisation with an annual turnover of less than $3,000,000 (but we're close!)  we do not have an obligation to advise you in relation to the collection, storage and use of your personal information.   Click here to read the technical stuff.

But we should let you know our intentions:

  • Your personal information is only collected to enable the CCCWA to administer your participation in the club,
  • As a member of the club, you are in control of your personal profile and can view, edit or restrict it's access at any time by accessing your personal profile under the Members Only tab,
  • Committee members of the club who are not office holders and ordinary members of the club can only access information about you (or your car) in those fields selected in your personal profile by you as viewable by other members,
  • Committee members of the club who are office holders are able to access your complete profile,
  • In accordance of Rule 73 of the club constitution dated February 2018, no personal information about you will ever be released to the general public (or the boys in blue) without your written consent, and
  • In accordance of Rule 73 of the club constitution dated February 2018, your personal contact information will never be sold or passed to any other organisation without your written consent.
